Publish your producer profile, then search Discover markets in your workspace and request to join. Review and sign any required market agreement. The organizer approves participation; Rooted does not review producer participation requests. You can also accept an organizer’s invitation or use their join code.

Your catalog belongs to your producer business. Edit a product’s market listing from Products or from that market’s Products view. Saved market-day plans keep snapshots and must be confirmed separately; Live stock has its own dated status.

Request organizer access first. Rooted reviews your authority and sends an invitation to the approved portal account. After acceptance, your team can add and publish markets for the approved organization, maintain schedules and events, and approve producer participation requests. Existing market claims require review for that specific listing.

Published market information is separate from private operations. Applications, documents, and internal review notes are restricted to authorized people.

Formal application and private document submission tools are outside the current release. Ask the organizer for its participation requirements; a simple participation request does not replace those requirements.

Everyone uses the same sign-in. Rooted opens the workspace you can access, or offers a choice if you manage both an organization and a producer business.

Your account may not yet have an active business membership. Contact us with your business name. Signing in does not grant access to another business.

Use password recovery with your existing account. If you still need access help, contact Rooted. Never send your password by email.

Open producer setup for current signup availability. New producers verify their email, create their own business and control its publication. Organizers can request authority without creating an account; access follows review and acceptance. A public listing or matching business name does not grant management access.

An eligible business trial lasts three calendar months from its first approved management grant. No card is required. Waiting for a claim decision does not consume trial time, and replacement accounts do not restart it.

The Rooted Platform Agreement does not authorize an automatic charge or conversion. A paid business service requires separately disclosed pricing, renewal and cancellation terms and affirmative purchase authorization.
